How to report a bug or vulnerability issue

If you believe you have discovered a bug or vulnerability issue that affects KARDS, please report it to the KARDS team. We welcome reports from everyone.

1. To report a bug or vulnerability issue, send an email to support@1939games.com and include relevant information such as videos, crash logs, and system diagnosis reports in your message.
2. You'll receive a reply from 1939 Games to acknowledge that we have received your report. We’ll contact you if we need more information.

We have further information on how to report a bug which isn’t a vulnerability issue.

What not to do if you suspect a bug or vulnerability

If you believe you have discovered a bug or vulnerability issue that affects KARDS, please do not continue your investigation on your own. Instead, contact the KARDS team as mentioned above.

This is for your own protection since we cannot distinguish between you abusing a bug or vulnerability with ill intent or with the intention to collect more information about it. 

How 1939 Games handles these reports

For the protection of our customers, 1939 Games doesn't disclose, discuss, or confirm vulnerability issues until our investigation is complete and any necessary updates are generally available.

1939 Games may disclose, discuss, or confirm bugs that are not related to vulnerability issues.
